My journey started almost twenty years ago, after going through a challenge situation that invited me to change the direction of my life. This moment provoked an inner desire to seek answers to some questions that most of us have, such as Who am I? Where did I come from, and where am I going? What is the meaning of life here on earth? Why do we suffer? Why do people we cherish die suddenly? Does happiness exist?
These profound questions became part of my days. For years I have been finding answers and transforming my life. The peaceful feelings of belonging, love, and compassion are the results of almost 20 years dedicated to self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and self-transformation. It is a continuing journey of learning, transforming, and experiencing.
I decided to share and give my contribution to make the world a better place for all of us.
Since 2014 I have been working as a Certified Life and Health Coach after I got a master's degree in Integrative Health and Healing and an International Certification as a Life Coach. I studied Spirituality, Positive and Transpersonal Psychology, Balanced nutrition, Alternative medicine, Habit change, Meditation, Energy Healing, Life Coaching skills focused on IFS (Internal Family System Model), and ICF (International Coach Federation).
I guide people to heal and transform their lives from inside out, so they can live in a more joyful and meaningful way.
They will find their inner balance and empowering themselves to build healthier relationships, a dream job, and a lifestyle filled with joy, confidence, and excitement.
