Almost thirty years ago, my life took a deep turn during a time of great challenges. That moment was the beginning of a spiritual awakening that shifted my entire path. I started asking myself those deep, timeless questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is my soul’s purpose? These reflections led me on a journey of personal transformation, spiritual discovery, and healing that continues to this day.
Throughout this path, I’ve faced anxiety, fear, a need to control everything, insecurity, and moments of depression. These struggles were signs of deeper pain, calling to be faced and healed. With the support of therapy and spiritual practices, I learned to turn anxiety into confidence, fear into courage, the need for control into flexibility, insecurity into self-love, and depression into a renewed passion for life.
Healing those emotional wounds wasn’t just a personal victory—it became a way to connect with others on a deeper level. My journey of healing allowed me to truly understand the pain and struggles of the people I now work with. It taught me the importance of continually investing in personal and spiritual growth, both for myself and those I help.
In 2014, I became a Professional Life Coach, certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and groups on their own journeys of growth and transformation, accumulating thousands of coaching hours along the way. My master’s degree in Integrative Health and Healing guides the holistic approach I take in my work.
I integrate various tools into my practice—spirituality, positive and transpersonal psychology, meditation, and energy healing. As a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, I help people heal from within their traumas and emotional wounds, breaking through limiting beliefs to reconnect to their true Self qualities.
I also developed the Awaken, Heal, Transcend (AHT) Program, which is a reflection of my own transformation and all the wisdom I’ve gathered from my personal journey and ten years of working with clients. This program brings together everything I’ve learned about how we can awaken, heal, and grow into our best selves.
Family and spirituality is the core of my life. I’m married, with two daughters and a sweet dog. Spending time with them and enjoying the simple pleasures—like walking in nature, sharing good conversations over a warm cup of coffee or tea, especially on cold New England days—are what fill my heart. Alongside my family, my spiritual growth is what guides me every day, and this is what I hope to share with others: the belief that we can heal, transform, and live a life filled with purpose, joy, and connection.
